OPTIMASI PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI SEPATU "SERLIUM LEATHER" MENGGUNAKAN MODEL GOAL PROGRAMMING DAN DE NOVO PROGRAMMING

Home industry "Serlium Leather" adalah suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi sepatu kulit yang memproduksi 7 model sepatu seperti loafer, ballerina, sneakers, pump, sandal, moccasin, dan oxford. Setiap model sepatu memiliki tingkat permintaan dan keuntungan yang berbeda-beda. Saat permintaan meningkat home industry "Serlium Leather" berharap jumlah sepatu yang diproduksi dapat memenuhi seluruh permintaan sehingga dapat memaksimalkan keuntungan yang diperoleh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah perencanaan produksi menggunakan model Goal Programming dan De Novo Programming. Untuk membentuk model Goal Programming dan De Novo Programming dilakukan dengan menentukan jumlah variabel dan parameter, serta menentukan fungsi sasaran dan fungsi kendala yang digunakan. Model Goal Programming tanpa prioritas sasaran diolah menggunakan peramalan dan model De Novo Programming diolah menggunakan pendekatan min-max Goal Programming. Diperoleh hasil bahwa berdasarkan perhitungan model Goal Programming tanpa prioritas sasaran diperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp.243.960.800,00, sedangkan berdasarkan perhitungan model De Novo Programming dengan pendekatan min-max Goal Programming diperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp.358.768.649,00 sehingga diperoleh bahwa model De Novo Programming dengan pendekatan min-max Goal Programming memberikan keuntungan yang lebih besar sebanyak Rp.114.807.849,00 dibandingkan model Goal Programming tanpa prioritas sasaran.

Home industry "Serlium Leather" is a company which specialize in the production of leather shoes that produce 7 shoe models such as loafer, ballerina, sneakers, pump, sandals, moccasin, and oxford. Each shoe model has different levels of demand and profit. When the demand increases the home industry "Serlium Leather" expects the quantity of shoes production can fulfill whole demand in order to maximize the profits. The purpose of this research is to solve the problem of production planning using Goal Programming model and De Novo Programming model. To form the model of Goal Programming and De Novo Programming is done by determining the number of variables and parameters, and determine the function of the target and the function of the constraints used. Goal Programming model without target priority is processed using forecasting and De Novo Programming model is processed using min-max Goal Programming approach. The results showed that based on the calculation of Goal Programming model without target priority, the profit is Rp.243.960.800,00, while based on the calculation of De Novo Programming model with min-max approach of Goal Programming, the profit is Rp.358.768.649,00. So that, De Novo Programming model with min-max approach of Goal Programming gives more profit as much as Rp.114.807.849,00 than Goal Programming model without priority target.
