TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN GURU TENTANG PENGUATAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER MELALUI PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN JASMANI DI SMA NEGERI SE- KABUPATEN BANTUL

Abstract


Abstrak Pengetahuan guru tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Bantul masih belum diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan guru tentang penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes tertulis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Pendidikan Jasmani SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Bantul sebanyak 36 guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan guru tentang pengeuatan pendidikan jasmani di SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Bantul masuk kategori tinggi sebesar 13,89 %, kategori cukup sebesar 44,44 %, kategori rendah sebesar 33,33 %, kategori kurang sebesar 5,56 %,. Dengan demikian secara umum pengetahuan guru penjas tentang pengembangan pendidikan karakter melalui pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Bantul masuk kedalam kategori cukup. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of teachers about building the character of education through physical education. This was a descriptive study using the survey method in which the research instrument was a written test. The research population comprised physical education teachers at public senior high schools (SHSs) in Bantul Regency with a total of 36 teachers. Based on the results of the study and the discussion, it can be concluded that regarding levels of teachers’ knowledge of character education development through physical education learning at public SHSs in Bantul, 13.89% are in the high category, 44.44% in the moderate category, 33.33% in the low category, and 5.56% in the very low category. Therefore, in general, levels of teachers’ knowledge of character education development through physical education learning at public SHSs in Bantul are in the moderate category.
