HAMBATAN SISWA KELAS VII BELAJAR SENAM LANTAI GULING DEPAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENJASORKES DI SMP MUHAMMADIYAH 2 DEPOK TAHUN AJARAN 2016/2017

Abstract


Abstrak Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada 40% atau 30 siswa belum tuntas pada materi senam lantai guling depan berdasarkan nilai KKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hambatan siswa kelas VII belajar saenam lantai guling depan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survey.Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Depok, Sleman yang terdiri dari kelas VII A 9 siswa, kelas VII B 11 siswa, kelas VII C 10 siswa sehingga secara keseluruhan berjumlah 30 responden. Nilai validitas dari 35 item tes terdapat 26 pernyataan yang dinyatakan valid.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase dibagi menjadi 5 kategori. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan diperoleh 3 siswa atau sebesar (10%) mengalami hambatan belajar guling depan dalam kategori sangat tinggi, 3 siswa atau sebesar (10%) mengalami hambatan belajar guling depan dalam kategori tinggi, 16 siswa atau sebesar (53,333%) mengalami hambatan belajar guling depan dalam kategori cukup, 7 siswa atau sebesar (23,333%) mengalami hambatan belajar guling depan dalam kategori rendah dan 1 siswa atau sebesar (3,334%) mengalami hambatan belajar guling depan dalam kategori sangat rendah, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hambatan siswa kelas VII belajar senam lantai guling depan dalam pembelajaran penjasorkes di SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Depok secara keseluruhan mempunyai kategori cukup/ kesulitan sedang. Kata kunci: hambatan, senam lantai, guling depan, siswa kelas VII Abstract The problem in this research is that there are 40% or 30 students who have not passed yet on the material of forward roll of floor exercise based on KKM value. This research is aimed to find out how big the obstacle of grade VII students in learning forward roll of floor exercise in the physical education at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Depok. This was a quantitative descriptive study which used survey as its method. The data collection technique in this research was using questionnnaire. The subject in this research was the grade VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Depok, Sleman, whose consist of 9 students of VII A, 11 students of VII B, and 10 students of VII C, so that there were 30 respondents. The validity of the 35 test items shows that there are 26 statements which considered valid. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis which is shown in the form of percentage that is devided into 5 categories. The result of this research shows that 3 students or equal to 10% have barriers in learning forward roll which is categorized as very high, 3 students or equal to 10% have barriers in learning forward roll which is categorized as high, 16 students or equal to 53.333% have barriers in learning forward roll which is categorized as average, 7 students or equal to 23.333% have barriers in learning forward roll which is categorized as low, and 1 student or equal to 3.334% have barriers in learning forward roll which is categorized as very low, so that it can be concluded that the obstacle of grade VII students in learning forward roll of floor exercise in the physical education at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Depok categorized as average or moderate difficulty.
