HUBUNGAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL ORANG TUA DAN ANAK DENGAN MANAJEMEN STRES SISWA SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN DARING DI SMA NEGERI 1 UNGARAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak dengan manajemen stres siswa selama pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis statistik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode stratified random sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel dengan rumus Taro Yamane. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 93 siswa SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data angket yang berisi pernyataan tertutup. Angket dilakukan uji validitas dengan korelasi product moment Pearson dan reliabilitas dengan Cronbach Alpha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan korelasi product moment Pearson dan uji regresi linier sederhana.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak dengan manajemen stres siswa selama pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,408 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0.05); (2) Hubungan antara variabel komunikasi interpersonal dengan manajemen stres siswa selama pembelajaran daring  menunjukkan arah positif; (3) Komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak di SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran mayoritas berada di kategori sedang dengan 36 responden (38,70%); (4) Manajemen stres siswa selama pembelajaran daring mayoritas berada di kategori rendah dengan 43 responden (46,23%); (5) Variabel komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan anak memiliki tingkat pengaruh sebesar 16,7% terhadap manajemen stres siswa selama pembelajaran daring di SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the correlation between parents-children interpersonal communication and students stress management during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran. This research used quantitative approach with statistical analysis. This research was an ex post facto research. The population of this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran. The sample was determined by the stratified random sampling method and the number of samples was determined using the Taro Yamane formula. The research sample amounted to 93 students of SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran. This research uses a questionnaire data collection technique that contained closed statements. The questionnaire was tested for validity with Pearson's product moment correlation and reliability with Cronbach's Alpha. The data analysis technique used were descriptive analysis, normality test and homogeneity test, continued with hypothesis test using Pearson product moment correlation and simple linear regression test. The results showed: (1) There was a significant correlation between parents-children interpersonal communication and students stress management during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran with a correlation coefficient value of 0.408 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05); (2) The correlation between interpersonal communication variable and students stress management during online learning showed positive direction; (3) Interpersonal communication between parents and children at SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran was mostly in the moderate category with 36 respondents (38.70%); (4) Students stress management during online learning was mostly in the low category with 43 respondents (46.23%); (5) The variable of interpersonal communication between parents and children has influenced 16.7% towards students stress management during online learning at SMA Negeri 1 Ungaran.
