Abstract


ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan fat lose programe
terhadap penurunan berat badan dan angka rasio pinggang dan panggul dengan personal trainer
dan berlatih mandiri pada members Fitness Club House Casa Grande Yogyakarta.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian komparatif. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang akan
diteliti sebanyak 24 members. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik
dokumentasi, yaitu mencari data mengenai variabel yang berupa catatan atau tanskrip yaitu
kartu kontrol latihan members. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu
uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas, kemudian uji-t untuk menguji hipotesis.
Berdasarkan selisih nilai rata-rata penurunan berat badan dengan berlatih mandiri dan
menggunakan personal trainer masing-masing, maka diperoleh berlatih mandiri = 1,75 kg dan
nilai rata-rata menggunakan personal trainer = 7,20 kg atau 9,48 %. Selisih nilai rata-rata
penurunan rasio pinggang dan panggul dengan berlatih mandiri dan menggunakan personal
trainer, maka diperoleh berlatih mandiri = 0,0 cm dan nilai rata-rata menggunakan personal
trainer = 0,01 cm atau 1,14 %. maka menggunakan personal trainer lebih efektif daripada
berlatih mandiri, karena program latihan yang dijalankan lebih teratur dan proporsional.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to know the success of the fat lose program to the body weight and
the ratio of waist and hip with personal trainer and independent training of members Fitness
Club House Casa Grande Yogyakarta.
The design of this research is comparative research. The sample that will be studied as
many as 24 members. The instrument that used in this research is documentation techniques,
that is find data on variables such as notes or tanskrip that are exercises control card members.
The analysis technique used to the prerequisite test that is test of normality and homogenity, and
then the t-test to test the hypothesis.
Based on the difference in value of the average weight loss by independent training
and use their personal trainer, then obtained independent training = 1,75 kg and an average
value using a personal trainer = 7,20 kg or 9,48 %. Difference average values in the ratio of
