METODE CIRCUIT BODY WEIGHT TRAINING TERHADAP VO2MAX, KEKUATAN, KECEPATAN, POWER, FLEKSIBILITAS, BMI, DAN LEMAK TUBUH PEMAIN SEPAK BOLA FC UNY YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode circuit body weight training terhadap VO2
Max, kekuatan, kecepatan, power, flexsibilitas, BMI, lemak tubuh Pemain sepakbola FC UNY.
Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian dalam penelitian ini
adalah pre-experimental design dengan the one-group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah pemain
sepak bola FC UNY yang berjumlah 17 peserta. Instrumen yang digunakan multi stage, leg and back
dynamometer, lari 50 meter, vertical jump, sit and reach, Body Massa Index, dan Omron Full Body Sensor.
Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis dengan analisis uji t (paired sample t test).Hasil analisisi uji t
paired sampel t test telah diperoleh nilai-nilai t hitung > t tabel, dan nilai p (0,000) < dari 0,05, hasil tersebut
menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari pada t tabel. Dengan demikian disimpulkan ada pengaruh metode
circuit body weight training terhadap Vo2max, kekuatan, kecepatan, power, fleksibilitas, BMI, Dan Lemak
Tubuh Pemain Sepak Bola FC UNY Yogyakarta.

power, flexibility, bmi, and body fat of football players of fc uny yogyakarta.
