PENGARUH KINERJA GURU TIDAK TETAP TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN SISWA DI SD SE - KECAMATAN KRANGGAN KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG

       Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mengetahui kinerja guru tidak tetap Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Kranggan Kabupaten Temanggung, (2) mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran siswa di Sekolah Dasar se- Kecamatan Kranggan Kabupaten Temanggung, (3) mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru tidak tetap terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa di Sekolah Dasar Se-Kecamatan Kranggan Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan expost-facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru tidak tetap yang berjumlah 97 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan skala penilaian  kategori dengan 5 alternatif jawaban. Uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kinerja guru tidak tetap sebagian besar termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan presentase 60,8%; kemudian (2) efektifitas pembelajaran siswa sebesar 53,7% berada dalam kategori tinggi; dan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif antara kinerja guru tidak tetap terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa di SD Se Kecamatan Kranggan Kabupaten Temanggung, yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil perhitungan F_hitung lebih besar dari F_tabel (99,302>3,94) dengan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 51,1% sedangkan 48,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa kinerja guru tidak tetap berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran siswa SD.

Abstract

     This research is aimed to analyze: 1. The performance of elementary schools’ temporary teacher’s performance in Kranggan sub-district, Temanggung district, 2. The effectiveness of elementary student’s studies in Kranggan sub-district, Temanggung district, and 3. The influence of temporary teacher’s performance on the effectiveness of elementary students’ studies in Kranggan sub-district, Temanggung distric. This research is categorized as a quantitative research and is supported by expost-facto approach. The study population of this research is 97 temporary teachers. Questionnaires are used to collect data for this research. The instrument used for this research is rating scale category with five alternative answers. The analysis for prerequisite tests consist of normality test and linearity test. Descriptive and simple regression analysis technique are used to analyze data for this research. Based on this research, it can be concluded that: 1. The performance rate of the temporary teachers are mostly at high category with the number of percentage 60,8%; 2. The effectiveness of students’ studies are at high category with the number of percentage 53,7%; and 3. There is an indication of positive and significant influence on elementary students’ studies in Kranggan sub-district, Temanggung district resulted by temporary teachers’ performance and result that shows FCount bigger than FTable (99,302>3,94)with the number of percentage 51,1%, meanwhile the 48,9% is influenced by other variables that is not the variables considered in this research. This research shows that temporary teachers’ performance has influence on the effectiveness of elementary students’ studies.
