PELAKSANAAN DIKLAT PERTEMUAN PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN KELUARGA (P2K2) BAGI PENDAMPING PKH DI BBPPKS REGIONAL III YOGYAKARTA TAHUN 2019

Abstract


Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan mengenai elemen-elemen pelaksanaan diklat, proses pelaksanaan diklat dan hasil dari pelaksanaan diklat pertemuan peningkatan kemampuan keluarga (P2K2) bagi pendamping PKH di BBPPKS Regional III Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Elemen pelaksanaan diklat Pertemuan Peningkatan Kemampuan Keluarga (P2K2) bagi Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) meliputi kurikulum, peserta, widyaiswara, sarana dan prasarana serta pembiayaan diklat. (2) Pelaksanaan program diklat meliputi proses diklat yang dilaksanakan berupa perkuliahan bagi peserta diklat (on the job training) yang dilaksanakan di Kampus 1 Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BBPPKS) Regional III Yogyakarta selama 30 jam latihan dan kegiatan Praktik Belajar Lapangan (off the job training) di Daerah Klaten dan Magelang selama 50 jam latihan. (3) Hasil dari pelaksanaan program diklat adalah meningkatnya kemampuan peserta dalam mensukseskan P2K2.

Abstract

This study describes the elements of the education and training implementation process, the process of education and training and the results of the implementation of a family development sessions for PKH’s guidance at BBPPKS Regional III Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) Elements of the implementation Family Development Sesion (FDS) training for Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH)’s guidance include the curriculum, participants, widyaiswara, facilities and infrastructure as well as education and training funding. (2) The implementation of the educational and training program includes the process of training was conducted in the form of lectures for participants training (on the job training) which are carried out on Campus 1 of the Balai Besar Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Kesejahteraan Sosial (BBPPKS) Regional III Yogyakarta for 30 hours of training and Field Learning Practice activities ( off the job training) in  Klaten and Magelang for 50 hours of practices. (3) The results of the training program implementation are the increasing ability of participants to make Family Development Session (FDS) successful.
