PENGARUH DUKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP KECEMASAN KARIR SISWA KELAS XI AKUNTANSI DI SMK NEGERI 1 BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kecemasan karir siswa kelas XI Akuntansi di SMK Negeri 1 Bantul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Bantul berjumlah 90 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala dukungan sosial dan skala kecemasan karir. Uji validitas instrument expert judgment. Hasil uji reliabilitainstrumen menggunakan Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,873 pada skala dukungan sosial dan 0,895 pada skala kecemasan karir. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana dengan nilai alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap kecemasan karir siswa kelas XI Akuntansi dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 (p <0,05) dan persamaan garis regresinya Y : 118,023 + (- 0,655) X. nilai determinasi (R2) 0,377artinya bahwa dukungan sosial memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 37% terhadap kecemasan karir siswa.

Abstract
The aim of the research was to know the effect of social support effect to anxiety career students class xi accounting in smk negeri 1 Bantul. This study was conducted using quantitative method. The population of this research was the entire XI accounting graders in SMK Negeri 1 Bantul that consisted of 90 students. The data was collected by social support scale and anxiety career scale. The validation of the instrument was tested by expert judgement. The result of the instrument reliability by using Alpha Cronbach obtained that 0,873 on social support scale and 0,895 on anxiety career scale. The data was analyzed by simple-regression technique with Alpha level at 5%. The result of this research showed that the social support had influence on anxiety career XI accounting graders in SMK Negeri 1 Bantul with coefficient 0,000 (p<0,01) and the regression equation Y: 118,023 + (- 0,655) X. Determination coefficient (R2) was 0.377, it meaned that social support gave effective contribution for 37% to anxiety students career.
