TINGKAT PEMAHAMAN KODE ETIK PROFESI BK GURU BK DI SMP NEGERI SE-KELOMPOK KERJA KABUPATEN BANTUL

              Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman kode etik profesi bimbingan dan konseling pada guru BK di SMP Negeri se-Kelompok Kerja Kabupaten Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survei. Subjek penelitian guru BK yang berjumlah 52. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes pemahaman dengan pembetulan. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemahaman kode etik profesi bimbingan dan konseling terkategori tinggi dengan persentase 55,77%, (2) pemahaman pada aspek dasar kode etik profesi BK terkategori tinggi dengan persentase 50%; pemahaman aspek kualifikasi guru BK, kompetensi BK, dan kegiatan profesional BK terkategori tinggi dengan persentase 57,7%; pemahaman aspek pelaksanaan pelayanan BK terkategori tinggi dengan persentase 63,5%; pemahaman aspek pelanggaran dan sanksi kode etik profesi BK terkategori tinggi dengan persentase 48,08%; pemahaman aspek tugas pokok dan fungsi dewan kode etik profesi BK terkategori tinggi dengan persentase 55,77%.

Abstract

            This research aims to know the level of comprehension code of conduct profession guidance and counseling for the teacher guidance and counseling in state junior high school working group Bantul district. The kind of research is a quantitative descriptive with survey method. The subject research is teacher of guidance and counseling which totaled 52. Data collection method used is the test comprehension with rectification. Data analysis using descriptive quantitative analysis and model Miles and Huberman. The results showed that (1) comprehension code of conduct profession guidance and counseling is high with the percentage 55,77%, (2) comprehension aspects basic code of conduct profession guidance and counseling is high with the percentage 50%; comprehension aspects qualification guidance and counseling teacher, guidance and counseling competence, and professional guidance and counseling activities is high with the percentage 57,7%; comprehension aspects the provision of the service guidance and counseling is high with the percentage 63,5%; comprehension aspects offense and sanctions code of conduct profession guidance and counseling is high with the percentage 48,08%; comprehension aspects the tasks and functions council code of conduct profession guidance and counseling.
