IDENTIFIKASI PERMASALAHAN PELAKSANAAN LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KARIR DI SMP SE-KECAMATAN DEPOK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir di SMP se-Kecamatan Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 18 guru bimbingan dan konseling (populasi) dan siswa kelas VIII (praportional sampling) di SMP se-Kecamatan Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala. Hasil penelitian menunjukan permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir yang sangat bermasalah menurut guru bimbingan dan konseling terletak pada faktor saranan dan prasarana (50%) dan faktor pelaksana layanan bimbingan karir (25%). Permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir yang sangat bermasalah menurut siswa terletak pada faktor proses layanan bimbingan karir (22,2%), faktor peminatan dan perencanaan individual (19,4%), faktor bentuk layanan bimbingan karir (13,8%), faktor pelaksana layanan bimbingan karir dan faktor evaluasi pelaksana layanan bimbingan karir (11,2%), faktor sarana dan prasarana (9,4%), faktor media layanan bimbingan karir (6,8%), faktor materi layanan bimbingan karir (3,3%), dan faktor guru bimbingan dan konseling (2,7%).

Abstract
This research attempts to know identification the problem of career guidance services junior higt school in Depok District, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Research uses the descriptive quantitative method with the type of survey research. The subject of the research are 18 guidance and counseling teachers and student class VIII state junior high school in Depok District, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The data collection construct by scale. The results of the study showed the problem of career guidance services that are considered highly problematic by guidance and counseling teacher lies in factors facilities and infrastructure (50%) and factor implementing career guidance service (25%). The problem of career guidance services that are considered highly problematic by students lies in factors the process of career guidance services (22,2%), factor specialization and individual planning (19,4%), factor forms of career guidance services (13,8%), factor implementing career guidance services and implementing evaluation factors of career guidance services (11,2%), factor facilities and infrastructure (9,4%), factor media career guidance services (6,8%), factor matter of career giudance services (3,3%), and factor guidance and counseling teachers (2,7%).
