PENGARUH RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP MANAJEMEN STRES PADA SISWA KELAS XII SMA NEGERI 1 KASIHAN

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh religiusitas terhadap manajemen stress pada siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan, (2) tingkat religiusitas siswa, (3) manajemen stres siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII. Sampel diambil menggunakan

teknik Quote Random Sampling. Alat pengumpul data berupa skala religiusitas dan manajemen stres. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas empirik. Uji reliabilitas instrumen dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha

Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara religiusitas terhadap manajemen stres pada siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 48,8%, (2) religiusitas siswa mayoritas pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 70 siswa (93,33%.) dan, (3)

manajemen stress mayoritas pada kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 63 siswa (84%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah religiusitas dapat memprediksi manajemen stres pada siswa dan mayoritas religiusitas maupun manajemen stres

siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan terkategori tinggi.

Abstact

This research is aimed to identify: (1) the religiosity influences toward the stress management of the grade XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan, (2) the religiosity level of the students, (3) the stress management of the students. This research used a quantitative approach. The populations of the research were grade XII. The samples were collected using Quote Random Sampling. The data collection instruments were religiosity and stress management scales. The instrument validity testing used was empirical validity. The instrument reliability testing was Alpha Cronbach. The data analysis technique was a simple regression technique. The research results showed that: (1) there were positive and significant influences of religiosity toward stress management of the students with effective contribution 48.8%, (2) the religiosity of the students was mostly at high level category with 70 students in total (93.33%) and, (3) the stress management was mostly at high level category with 63 students in total (84%). In conclusion, religiosity is able to predict the stress management of students and mostly, the religiosity and stress management of the grade XII students of SMA Negeri 1 Kasihan were at high level category.
