Abstrak

            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan teamwork terhadap keterbukaan diri (self-disclosure) siswa kelas X di MAN Yogyakarta 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control Group Design dengan subjek siswa kelas X. Pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu skala keterbukaan diri (self-disclosure). Skala tersebut telah melalui uji validitas dengan menggunakan expert judgment dan dinyatakan valid. Reliabilitas skala keterbukaan diri (self-disclosure) diuji menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil akhir penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai signifikasi p = 0,005 < 0,05, artinya Ho di tolak. Pengaruh pemberian treatment tersebut bersifat positif yang ditunjukkan dari peningkatan rata-rata (mean) skor pada kelompok eksperimen dari 76,4 menjadi 122,8. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik permainan teamwork terbukti efektif terhadap keterbukaan diri (self-disclosure) siswa kelas X di MAN Yogyakarta 1.

Abstact

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance services with a teamwork technique games against self-disclosure in MAN 1 Yogyakarta grade one. This research uses experimental approach using a quasi-experimental design with shapes Nonequivalent Control Group Design by graders one subject. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique. Measuring tool used is a scale of self-disclosure. The scale has been through a validity test by using expert judgment and declared invalid. The scale of self-disclosure were tested using Cronbach Alpha. Analysis of data using univariate analysis and Wilcoxon test. The final results of this study indicate a significant value p = 0.005 <0.05, meaning that Ho was rejected. The effect of the treatment is positive as indicated by increasing average score in the experimental group from 76.4 to 122.8. Based on these results, the implementation of group guidance services with a teamwork game technique proved effective against self-disclosure in MAN 1 Yogyakarta grade one.
