PENGARUH POLA ASUH AUTHORITATIVE TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS X SMAN 1 PAKEM

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua authoritative terhadap kemandirian belajar pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pakem. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitiatif dengan metode expose  facto. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pakem berjumlah 159 siswa. pengumpulan data menggunakan skala pola asuh orang tua authoritative dan skala kemandirian belajar. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan expert judgment. Hasil uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,934 pada skala pola asuh orangtua authoritative dan 0,908 pada skala kemandirian belajar. Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana dengan nilai alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola asuh orang tua authoritative berpengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar pada siswa X SMA Negeri 1 Pakem dengan taraf signifikan 0,000 (p <0,05) dan persaman garis regresinya Y : 46,634 + 0,588 X. Nilai determinasi () 0,410 artinya bahwa pola asuh orang tua authoritative memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 41% terhadap kemandirian belajar.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to know the effect of authoritative parenting parents toward was X Graders learning autonomy in SMA Negeri 1 Pakem. This research used quantitative approach with expose facto method. The population of this research was the entire X graders in SMA Negeri 1 Pakem that consisted of 159 students. The data was collected by authoritative parenting parents scale and learning autonomy scale. The validation of the instrument was tested by expert judgement. The result of the instrument reliability by using Alpha Cronbach obtained that  0,934 on authoritative parenting parents scale and 0,908 on self-regulated learning scale. The data was analyzed by simple-regression technique with Alpha level at 5%.  The result of this research showed that the authoritative parenting parents had influence on learning autonomy x gradeers in SMA Negeri 1 Pakem with coefficient 0,000 (p<0,01) and the regression equation Y: 46.634 + 0.588X. Determination coefficient (R2) was 0.410, it meaned that authoritative parenting parents gave effective contribution for  41% toward  learning autonomy.
