TINGKAT PENERIMAAN SOSIAL TERHADAP KEBERADAAN SISWA DIFABEL DI MAN MAGUWOHARJO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan: (1) tingkat penerimaan sosial terhadap keberadaan siswa difabel, dan (2) variasi penerimaan sosial siswa terhadap siswa difabel di MAN Maguwoharjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method jenis penelitian survey. Data tentang penerimaan sosial dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket terbuka. Subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X dan XI MAN Maguwoharjo yang berjumlah70 siswa. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dengan expert judgement dan uji validitas item menggunakan teknik indeks daya beda item dengan batas minimal sebesar 0,25. Reliabilitas instrumen diukur dengan alpha cronbach dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,909. Teknik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan pengkategorian dengan empat kategori yaitu sangat tinggi, tinggi, rendah, dan sangat rendah. Teknik analisis data kualitatif menggunakan langkah interactive model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 7,1% siswa MAN Maguwoharjo terkategori tingkat penerimaan sosial sangat tinggi, 35,7% siswa MAN Maguwoharjo terkategori tingkat penerimaan sosial tinggi, 45,7% siswa MAN Maguwoharjo terkategori tingkat penerimaan sosial rendah, dan 7,1% siswa MAN Maguwoharjo terkategori tingkat penerimaan sosial sangat rendah. Dari data kualitatif disimpulkan bahwa pada umumnya siswa MAN Maguwoharjo tidak menerima apabila siswa difabel memiliki perilaku, sikap, atau kepribadian yang negatif, tetapi menerima ketunaan fisik siswa difabel.

Abstract
This study aims to identify and describe: (1) the social acceptance level of the existence of students with different ability, and (2) variations in social acceptance of students against the students with different ability in MAN Maguwoharjo. This study using mixed methods approach with survey research. Data about social acceptance was collected using an open questionnaire. Research subjects were 70 students from class X and XI MAN Maguwoharjo. The instrument validity test using content validity by expert judgment and item validity test using an item discriminatory power technique with a minimum limit of 0.25. Reliability of the instrument was measured by alpha cronbach with a reliability coefficient of 0.909. Qualitative data analysis technique using a categorization with four categories: very high, high, low, and very low. Qualitative data analysis technique using interactive model step. The results showed that 7.1% of MAN Maguwoharjo students were categorized as very high level of social acceptance, 35.7% of MAN Maguwoharjo students were categorized as high level of social acceptance,
45.7% of MAN Maguwoharjo students were categorized as low level of social acceptability, and 7.1% MAN Maguwoharjo students were categorized as very low level of social acceptance. Qualitative data concluded that in general MAN Maguwoharjo students didn’t accept when students with different ability have negative behaviors, attitudes, or personality, but accepted the physical descent of students with different ability.
