EFEKTIVITAS SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY PENGAJAR DALAM KESIAPSIAGAAN BENCANA PESERTA DIDIK

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas self-fulfilling prophecy pengajar dalam kesiapsiagaan bencana peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan metode single subject research model AB design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan peserta didik kelas XI SMK Penerbangan AAG Adisutjipto Yogyakarta sebanyak delapan peserta didik. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala kesiapsiagaan bencana. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif menggunakan grafik dan tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan keadaan kesiapsiagaan bencana peserta didik berdasarkan self-fulfilling prophecy pengajar. Kelompok peserta didik dengan pengajar yang memiliki self-fulfilling prophecy positif menunjukkan peningkatan skor yang stabil dan signifikan dari fase sebelum treatment menuju fase setelah treatment. Rata-rata skor kesiapsiagaan bencana kelompok peserta didik dengan pengajar yang memiliki self-fulfilling prophecy positif sebelum fase treatment yaitu 76,10 dan setelah fase treatment rata-rata skor menjadi 83,75. Hal tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan sebasar 7,70 poin. Kelompok peserta didik dengan pengajar yang memiliki self-fulfilling prophecy negatif menunjukkan peningkatan dan penurunan yang drastis. Rata-rata skor kesiapsiagaan bencana kelompok peserta didik dengan pengajar yang memiliki self-fulfilling prophecy negatif sebelum fase treatment yaitu 77,20 dan setelah fase treatment rata-rata skor menjadi 79,58. Hal tersebut menunjukkan peningkatan sebasar 2,40 poin.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effectiveness of self-fulfilling prophecy teachers in disaster preparedness of learners. This research is an experimental research with single subject research method AB design model. The subjects in this study were students of class XI SMK Penerbangan AAG Adisutjipto Yogyakarta as many as eight students. The data collection used in this study uses the scale of disaster preparedness. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis techniques using graphs and tables. The results showed a difference in the state of disaster preparedness of learners based on the teacher's self-fulfilling prophecy. A group of students with teachers who had a positive self-fulfilling prophecy showed a steady and significant increase in scores from the pre-treatment phase to the after-treatment phase. The average disaster preparedness score of the group of learners with teachers who had a positive self-fulfilling prophecy before the treatment phase was 76.10 and after the treatment phase the average score was 83.75. That represents an increase of 7.70 points. Groups of learners with teachers who had negative self-fulfilling prophecy showed a drastic increase and decrease. The average disaster preparedness score of the group of learners with teachers who had a negative self-fulfilling prophecy before the treatment phase was 77.20 and after the treatment phase the average score was 79.58. That represents an increase of 2.40 points.
