EFEKTIVITAS TEKNIK MENGGAMBAR TERHADAP KECEMASAN AKADEMIK SISWA KELAS XII SMAN 1 JETIS

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan observasi terhadap kondisi kecemasan akademik siswa di SMAN 1 Jetis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik menggambar terhadap kecemasan akademik siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Jetis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperiment, dan desain penelitian yaitu Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Jetis dengan sampel sebanyak 10 siswa yang dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data berupa skala kecemasan akademik. Reabilitas dari skala kecemasan akademik dengan alpha cronbach’s 0,828. Peneliti memberikan treatment berupa teknik menggambar pada kelompok eksperimen sedangkan untuk kelompok kontrol diberikan treatment berupa diskusi. Hasil uji Paired Sample T Test pada kelompok eksperimen didapatkan nilai sig 0,000 ≤ 0,05, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol mendapatkan nilai sig. 0,294 ≥ 0,05 sehingga hasil hipotesis akhir Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik menggambar efektif terhadap kecemasan akademik siswa kelas XII SMAN 1 Jetis.

Abstract
This research is based on observations of academic anxiety conditions at SMA N 1 Jetis. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of drawing technique with student academic anxiety of class XII SMA N 1 Jetis. The method used in the study is an experimental method with the type of research Quasi Experiment and design that is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. As much as 10 students of twelfth grade SMA N 1 Jetis became the subject of this study, that was devided into experiment group and control group. The instrument is used for data collection in the form of an academic anxiety scale. Reability from academic anxiety scale worth alpha cronbach’s up to 0,828. The researcher was given a treatment with drawing technique toward experiment’s group while the control’s group was given with discussion. The Paired Sample T Test result of experiment’s group was measured as sig.0,000 < 0,05, while the control’s group was measured as sig. 0,294 > 0,05. Thus the illation of the research showed that the result of final hipotheses of Ha was accepted while Ho was denied. It can be concluded that the drawing technique is effective on academic anxiety in twelfth grade students of SMAN 1 Jetis.
