THE EFFECT OF PEER GROUP FOR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR OF STUDENT IN SMA N 3 KLATEN
Abstrak
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh merebaknya fenomena bullying dikalangan remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui tingkat konformitas teman sebaya, (2) mengetahui tingkat perilaku bullying, (3) mengetahui pengaruh konformitas teman sebaya terhadap perilaku bullying pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Depok, Yogyakarta.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasi. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 191 siswa. Alat pengumpulan data berupa skala konformitas teman sebaya dan skala perilaku bullying. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi dengan expert judgment sedangkan reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan nilai koefisien 0,909 pada konformitas teman sebaya dan 0,935 pada perilaku bullying. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi sederhana.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) konformitas teman sebaya memiliki kategori tinggi sebesar 8,90%, kategori agak tinggi sebesar 37,70%, kategori sedang sebesar 38,70%, kategori cukup rendah sebesar 13,60%, dan kategori rendah sebesar 1,0%; (2) perilaku bullying memiliki kategori tinggi sebesar 3,10%, kategori agak tinggi sebesar 3,10%, kategori sedang sebesar 22,00%, kategori cukup rendah sebesar 49,20%, dan kategori rendah sebesar 22,50%. (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel konformitas teman sebaya dan perilaku bullying dengan nilai p (0,000) < 0,05. Dengan demikian, variabel perilaku bullying dapat dipengaruhi oleh konfomitas teman sebaya.Terdapat sumbangan efektif variabel konformitas teman sebaya terhadap perilaku bullying sebesar 21,50%.

Abstract
This research was conducted due to the spread of bullying phenomena among adolescents. This research aimed at: (1) to find the level of peer conformity, (2) to find the level of bullying behavior, (3) the effect of peer conformity toward bullying behavior of students at SMA Negeri 1 Depok, Yogyakarta.
This research was a quantitative correlational research. The sample of the research consisted of 191 students. The instruments of collecting data were psychological scales, namely peer conformity scale and bullying behavior scale. The validity testing used content validity with expert judgment while reliability testing employed Alpha Cronbach formula with coefficient value of 0.909 for peer conformity and 0.935 for bullying behavior. The data analysis used simple regression test.
The results show that: (1) for the peer conformity, 8.90% of the students is in very high category, 37.70% is in high category, 38.70% is in moderate category, 13.60% is in low category, and 1,0% is in very low category; (2) for bullying category, 3.10% of the students is in very high category, 3.10% is in high category, 22.00% is moderate category, 49.20% is in low category and 22.50% is in very low category. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of the peer conformity toward the bullying behavior with p-value (0.000) < 0.05. Thus, the variable of bullying behavior can be influenced by peer conformity. There is effective contribution of the variable of peer conformity toward bullying behavior at 21.50%.
