PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PADA KARYAWAN KOPMA UNY
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja pada karyawan Koperasi Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dan termasuk penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, mengingat jumlah seluruh karyawan Kopma UNY adalah 45 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan skala iklim organisasi dan skala motivasi kerja. Skala tersebut diujicobakan kepada karyawan Kopma UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Uji validasi dilakukan dengan validitas konstruk melalui korelasi Product Moment, yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji reliabilitas menggunakan model Alpha Cronbach. Koefisien alpha dari variabel iklim organisasi sebesar 0,969 dan sebesar 0,961 pada variabel motivasi kerja, yang menandakan keandalan akan keduanya sangat kuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan dari nilai rhitung=0,444 serta nilai thitung=3,253 yang lebih besar dari ttabel=2,0167 (Sig=0,005; df=43). Koefisien determinasi (R2)= 0,197 sehingga, diketahui bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 19,7%.

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational climate on work motivation in Kopma UNY employees. This study was quantitative, and was a correlational research. This study was a population study because the total number of Kopma UNY employees was 45 employees. The data collection used organizational climate scale and work motivation scale. That’s scale testing was conducted to Kopma UIN Sunan Kalijaga employees. Testing the validity of the data in this study used construct validity through Product Moment correlation, which was then performed reliability test used the Cronbach Alpha model. The alpha coefficient of the organizational climate variable is 0,969 and the work motivation variable was 0,961, which indicates the reliability of both was very strong. The results of the study showed that the organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on employees work motivation. It was indicated by the value of rcount = 0.444 and the value of tcount = 3,253 which was greater than ttable = 2,0167 (Sig = 0,005; df = 43). The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained was 0.197. It was known that organizational climate has an influence on work motivation by 19,7%.
