PENGARUH BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN MEDIA FILM TERHADAP RESILIENSI SISWA SMP

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok dengan media film terhadap resiliensi siswa kelas VIII di sebuah SMP di Jetis, Bantul. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi experiment. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil undian diperoleh kelas VIII C sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan VIII F sebagai kelompok kontrol. Objek penelitian adalah resiliensi siswa kelas VIII. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode skala. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yakni skala resiliensi. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji Independent T-Test melalui aplikasi SPSS versi 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji Independent T-Test kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol menghasilkan tingkat signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,050 (0,079 > 0,050) sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada peningkatan skor resiliensi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Artinya media film tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan resiliensi siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of group guidance with film media towords resilience of the eighth grades student at SMP in Jetis, Bantul. It is a quasi-experimental research. The population of this research is all eight grades student at SMP in Jetis. The sample of this research was taken using simple random sampling technique. Student of VIII C serves as experimental group and VIII F as control group. The research object is the resilience of eighth class student at SMP in Jetis. Data collection that used was scale method in the form resiliense scale. SPSS version 20.0 was used for data analysis with Independent T Test method. The result of experimental group and control group Independent T Test shows that signification level is greater than 0.050 (0.079 > 0.050) so it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in the score experimental group and control groups. This means that film media has no effect in improving the resilience of the student.
