UPAYA PENINGKATAN KEMATANGAN KARIR MELALUI METODE CAREER PORTFOLIO PADA SISWA KELAS X MIA 1 DI SMA N 1 BOYOLALI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kematangan karir siswa kelas X MIA 1 di SMA N 1 Boyolali dapat meningkat melalui metode career portfolio dan mengetahui metode career portfolio yang mampu meningkatkan kematangan karir. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kematangan karir dan observasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas X MIA 1 SMAN 1 Boyolali yang dipilih berdasarkan angket yang telah disebarkan di seluruh kelas X MIA. Kriteria keberhasilan tindakan ini yaitu apabila 75% siswa memiliki kategori kematangan karir tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kematangan karir melalui metode career portfolio. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan jumlah siswa yang memiliki kategori kematangan karir tinggi. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan 14 (61%) siswa memiliki kategori kematangan karir rendah, 1 (5%) siswa memiliki kategori kematangan karir sedang, 4 (17%) siswa memiliki kematangan karir tinggi dan 4 (17%) siswa memiliki kategori kematangan karir sangat tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 129,5. Setelah siklus II menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yaitu 6 (26%) siswa memiliki kematangan karir sangat tinggi, 14 (61%) siswa memiliki kematangan karir tinggi dan 3 (13%) siswa memiliki kematangan karir sedang dengan rata-rata skor 169,3.

Abstract
This research aimed to know whether the student career maturity at grade X MIA 1 in SMA N 1 Boyolali can be increase through the career portfolio method and know the career portfolio method that can improve career maturity. The approach in this research is quantitative by classroom action research. Data collection methods using scale of career maturity and observation. Subject of research is grade X MIA SMA N 1 Boyolali are selected based on questionnaire which has been distributed throughout the class X MIA 1.The success criteria of this action is when 75% of the students in high career maturity category . These results indicate that an increase in career maturity through the method of career portfolio. This is indicated by an increase in the number of students who have a high career maturity category. The results of pre-tests show the details of the career of 14 (61%) of students have low career maturity category, 1 (5%) of students had a moderate career maturity category and 14 (61%), 4 (17%) of students have high career maturity category and 4 (17%) students has a career maturity category is very high with an average score of 129.5. After the second cycle showes the increase is 6 (26%) students have very high career maturity category, 14 (61%) students have high career maturity category and 3 (13%) of students have moderate career maturity category being the average score of 169.3.
