HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL GURU DAN SISWA DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DENGAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA SMK N 1 YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMK N 1 Yogyakarta, (2) hubungan komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMK N 1 Yogyakarta, dan (3) hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMK N 1 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 182 siswa dengan menggunakan tekhnik proportional random sampling. Analisis data terdiri atas uji persyaratan analisis dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian: (1) terdapat hubungan secara bersamaan antara komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa dan motivasi berprestasi dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMK N 1 Yogyakarta dengan nilai Sig. F Change sebesar 0,000; (2) terdapat hubungan positif antara komunikasi interpersonal guru dan siswa dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMK N 1 Yogyakarta dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000; dan (3) terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kemandirian belajar siswa SMK N 1 Yogyakarta dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract
The research is aimed to investigate: (1) correlation between interpersonal communication between teachers and students and achievement motivation with self-regulated learning at SMK N 1 Yogyakarta, (2) correlation between interpersonal communication between teachers and students with self-regulated learning at SMK N 1 Yogyakarta, and (3) correlation between achievement motivation with self-regulated learning at SMK N 1 Yogyakarta. This research is a correlation research. The sample were 182 students with proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis consists of assumptions test and hypothesis test. The research showed that: (1) there is a correlation between interpersonal communication between teachers and students and achievement motivation with self-regulated learning at SMK N 1 Yogyakarta with a Sig. F Change value of 0,000; (2) there is a positive correlation between interpersonal communication between teachers and students with self-regulated learning at SMK N 1 Yogyakarta with significance value of 0,000; and (3) there is a positive correlation between achievement motivation with self-regulated learning at SMK N 1 Yogyakarta with significance value of 0,000.
