UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PERILAKU PROSOSIAL MELALUI TEKNIK SOSIODRAMA PADA SISWA KELAS VII C SMPN 3 NGADIROJO, KAB. PACITAN

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa kelas VII C SMP N 3 Ngadirojo
Kabupaten Pacitan dengan menggunakan teknik sosiodrama. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas
dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 10 siswa kelas VII C SMP N 3
Ngadirojo Kabupaten Pacitan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah perilaku prososial siswa yang dilihat dari aspek
kerjasama, menolong dan berderma. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara.
Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala, pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Indikator keberhasilan yang
ditetapkan adalah skor rata-rata mencapai 75%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik sosiodrama dapat
meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa kelas VII C SMP N 3 Ngadirojo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus
yang masing-masing terdiri atas 3 tindakan. Hasil skor rata-rata pre test sebesar 60,2 atau 50,1% dilanjutkan
dengan hasil skor rata-rata post test I adalah 87,3 atau 73%, sedangkan skor rata-rata post test II adalah 97,1 atau
81%. Hasil tersebut juga didukung dengan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi
lebih dapat bekerjasama dengan teman lain, mampu menolong teman yang sedang kesusahan dan mau
meminjamkan bahkan memberikan barang yang dimiliki kepada teman yang sedang membutuhkan setelah
mengikuti tindakan sosiodrama.

Abstract
This study aims to increase prosocial behavior of students of class VII C SMP N 3 Ngadirojo Pacitan using
techniques sociodrama. This research is a classroom action research using the model Kemmis and Mc Taggart.
The subjects of this study were 10 students of class VII C SMP N 3 Ngadirojo Pacitan. Object of this research is the
prosocial behavior of students as seen from the aspect of cooperation, helpfulness and charity. Data collection
methods used were observation and interviews. The instrument used was a scale, observation and interview guides.
Defined indicators of success are the average score is 75%. The results showed that the technique can increase
prosocial behavior sociodramas class VII C SMP N 3 Ngadirojo. This research was conducted in two cycles each
consisting of three acts. Results of an average score of 60.2 pre test or 50.1% followed by the result of the average
score of post test I is 87.3 or 73%, while the average score of post test II is 97.1 or 81%. These results are also
supported by the results of observations and interviews which show that students are more able to work together
with other friends, were able to help a friend who is willing to lend distress and even give possessions to friends
who are in need after following sociodrama action.
