MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PADA SISWA KELAS XI JURUSAN TATA BOGA DI SMK NEGERI 2 GODEAN

Abstrak
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tinggi rendahnya minat berwirausaha pada siswa kelas XI jurusan tata boga di SMK Negeri 2 Godean. Merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya seluruh siswa kelas XI jurusan tata boga berjumlah 93 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Pengujian validitas instrument adalah validitas isi. Pengujian reliabilitas yaitu teknik Alpha Cronbach. Teknik analisis adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa minat berwirausaha siswa dari semua aspek yang mempengaruhi memiliki kecenderungan sangat tinggi. Dengan prosentase, kategori siswa yang memiliki minat sangat tinggi 64,5% dan kategori tinggi sebanyak 35,5%. Minat berwirausaha siswa dari aspek perhatian memiliki kecenderungan sangat tinggi. Kategori siswa yang memiliki kategori sangat tinggi 58 siswa (62,4%), kategori tinggi sebanyak 35 siswa (37,6%). Kemudian minat berwirausaha siswa dari aspek kesenangan memiliki kecenderungan sangat tinggi juga. Kategori siswa yang memiliki kategori sangat tinggi 65 siswa (69,9%), kategori tinggi yaitu 28 siswa (30,1%). Selanjutnya minat berwirausaha siswa dari aspek partisipasi termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. Kategori siswa yang memiliki kecenderungan sangat tinggi 51 siswa (54,8%), kategori tinggi sebanyak 41 siswa (44,1%), kategori cukup tinggi sebanyak 1 siswa (1,1%).

Abstract
This research aims to describe level the entrepreneurs interests student grade XI in food science majoring at State Vocational School 2 Godean. This is descriptive quantity research. The Population was All students grade IX in food science majoring anout to 93 students. The data collection technique using questionnaire and the documentation. The instrument validity testing is the validity content. The reliability Testing that is Alpha Cronbach technique. Analysis techniques is descriptive analysis. Results of research has shown that the entrepreneurs interest student from all aspects that affect has a tendency is very high. The percentage, students categories who have an interest is very high 64.5 percent and high categories was as much as 35.5 percent. Entrepreneurs Interest students from care aspect has a tendency is very high. Category students who have category was very high, 58 students (62.4 percent), the high category was as many as 35 students (37.6 percent), and then interest entrepreneurs and students from the aspect has a tendency pleasure is very high. Category students who have category was very high, 65 students (69.9 percent), the high category, that is 28 students (30.1 percent). Furthermore students entrepreneurs Interest from the participation include category is very high. Category students who have a tendency was very high, 51 students (54.8 percent), high category was as many as 41 students (44.1 percent), category is quite high as much as 1 student (1.1 percent).
