PENGARUH GAYA KELEKATAN TERHADAP PENYESUAIAN DIRI MAHASISWA FIP UNY ANGKATAN 2018

            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kelekatan terhadap penyesuaian diri mahasiwa FIP UNY angkatan 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala gaya kelekatan dan skala penyesuaian diri berupa angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-square diikuti dengan contingency coefficienti dengan nilai signifikasi 5%. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa mahasiswa yang memiliki kecenderungan gaya kelekatan aman ada 193 mahasiswa (69,93%), gaya kelekatan terikat ada 36 mahasiswa (13,04%), gaya kelekatan menolak ada 29 mahasiswa (10,51%) dan gaya kelekatan takut-menghindar ada 18 mahasiswa (6,25%). Kemudian tingkat penyesuaian diri mahasiswa adalah tinggi dengan presentase 79,35%. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan ada pengaruh gaya kelekatan terhadap penyesuaian diri mahasiswa FIP UNY angkatan 2018 dan relasi yang terjadi antara variabel gaya kelekatan dan variabel penyesuaian diri cukup lemah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attachment style on the adjustment of FIP UNY students 2018. This research uses quantitative research methods with the type of correlational research. Attachment style scale and adjustment scale in the form of questionnaire was used to collect the data. Data analysis techniques used test Chi-square followed by contingency coefficient with a significance value of 5%. The results showed that students who have a tendency to secure attachment are 193 students (69.93%), preoccupied attachment force is 36 students (13.04%), dimissing attachment 29 students (10.51%) and fearful-avoidant attachment 18 students (6.25%). Then the level of adjustment of students is high with a percentage of 79.35%. The results also showed that there was a influence the attachment style on the adjustment of the  FIP UNY students 2018 and the relationship that occurred between the attachment style variable and the adjustment variable was quite weak.
