STUDI DESKRIPTIF PERILAKU ALTRUISME BERDASARKAN TIPE KEPRIBADIAN PADA PESERTA DIDIK SMP NEGERI 2 BERBAH

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tentang perilaku altruis yang muncul berdasarkan tipe kepribadian untuk peserta didik di SMP Negeri 2 Berbah Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian dengan jumlah 255 orang peserta didik dari kelas VII dan VIII. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala perilaku altruisme dan skala tipe kepribadian. Uji validitas instrumen konstruk dengan expert judgement dan uji korelasi pearson product moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dengan alpha cronbach hasil koefisien perilaku altruisme 0,956 dan koefisien tipe kepribadian 0,988. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil peneltian ini: (1) tingkat perilaku altruis tinggi dengan perolehan 57,6%; (2) tipe sanguinis 168 orang, tipe kholeris 13 orang, tipe melankolis 35 orang, tipe phlegmatis 39 orang; (3) pengaruh perilaku altruis terhadap tipe kepribadian nilai Sig. sebesar 0,023%, tingkat perilaku altruis pada sanguinis sebesar 0,3%, perilaku altruis pada kholeris 0,3%, perilaku altruis pada melankolis 2,3% dan perilaku altruis pada phlegmatis 0,9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out about altruism behavior that emerged based on the personality type for students in Berbah 2 Middle School Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. Research sample with 255 students from class VII and VIII. The research instrument uses altruism behavior scale and personality type scale. Test the validity of construct instruments with expert judgment and Pearson product moment correlation test, while reliability testing with Cronbach alpha results of altruism behavior coefficient 0.956 and personality type coefficient 0.988. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics and simple linear regression tests. The results of this study: (1) the level of high altruism behavior with the acquisition of 57.6%; (2) sanguinis type 168 people, type of tolerance 13 people, melancholy type 35 people, phlegmatic type 39 people; (3) the influence of altruism behavior on personality type values Sig. of 0.023%, behavior level of sanguineist altruism of 0.3%, behavior of altruism in tolerance of 0.3%, behavior of altruism in melancholy 2.3% and altruism behavior in phlegmatic 0.9%.
