POWER TUNGKAI MEASURING EQUIPMENT, POWER ENDURANCE, AND WHOLE BODY REACTION AT THE ATLET

Abstract
The purpose of this tool is to get the hadware design, software, and performance of power limb, power endurance, and whole body reaction in athletes. The manufacture of limb power measuring devices, power endurance, and whole body reaction consists of 8 stages that have their respective functions. Manufacture of mechanical tools using aluminum base material that is arranged in such a way in accordance with the design of the tool. This tool uses four microcontrollers which include Arduino Mega 2560 as Master controller, Arduino Nano v2.8 as Slave 1, Arduino Nano v3.0 as Slave 2, and Wemos D1 as the interface between / hardware / website. The four microcontrollers are connected with the UART serial communication protocol. Components used in this tool include loadcell, ultrasonic SRF04, servo motor, DC power window motor, H-Bridge motor mosfet driver, rotary encoder, micro SD adapter, buzzer, halogen spotlight, proximity, 400 rpm DC gearbox, 20x4 LCD , LCD 16x2, lcd to I2C module, website as a medium of viewer of measurement result melauli internet. Based on the results of tests that have been done in UNY with the object of testing a number of 10 people, the results obtained that the quality of limb power meter, power endurance, and whole body reaction at this athlete can be implemented and used properly. While quantitatively it is known that the average error in all types of measurement is about 1.2% and in running the algorithm, this tool has a 100% success rate.
