THE READINESS OF IMPLEMENTATION TEACHING FACTORY PROGRAM IN DEPARTMENT OF VIDEO AUDIO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE AT SMK NEGERI 1 MAGELANG IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017

Abstract


This research aims (1) to determine the readiness of teachers in the implementation of learning-based teaching factory in department of Audio Video Technical Expertise (TAV) at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang, (2) to determine the readiness of cooperation with the industry in the implementation of learning-based teaching factory in department of Audio Video Technical Expertise (TAV) at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang, and (3) to determine the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of learning-based teaching factory in department of Audio Video Technical Expertise (TAV) at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang. The Subjects were all teachers on the course for membership of TAV. The research object is the infrastructure in the course of expertise TAV. Data were collected by questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of this research are (1) The readiness of department Audio Video Technical Expertise (TAV) at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang in the academic year of 2016/2017 in the implementation of teaching factory-based learning in terms of aspects for teachers to get a percentage of 75.56% in the category of ready, (2) The Readiness of department Audio Video Technical Expertise (TAV) at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang in the academic year of 2016/2017 on the implementation of teaching factory-based learning in terms of aspects of cooperation with the industry earn a percentage of 67.53 % in the category of ready, (3) The Readiness of department Audio Video Technical Expertise (TAV) at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang in the academic year of 2016/2017 on the implementation of teaching factory-based learning in terms of facilities and infrastructure aspects of obtaining a percentage amounting to 96.93% in the category are very well prepared.
