Abstract


The aims of this research to explain the effects of learning motivation against learning achieement, students' perceptions About Cisco It Essential Virtual Desktop learning media against learning achievement, learning motivation and students' perceptions About Cisco It Essential Virtual Desktop learning media effect against learning achievement on assemble computer class X TKJ in SMK N2 Pengasih. The kind of this research is expost facto. The variable of learning motivation and students' perceptions about Cisco It Essential Virtual Desktop learning media using questionnaires data collection, while the variable of learning achievement on assemble computer using documentation data collection. The result of this study releaved that there is a positive effect between learning motivation and learning achievement on assemble computer with a contribution of 45,7%, there is a positive effect between students' perceptions About Cisco It Essential Virtual Desktop learning media and learning achievement on assemble computer with a contribution of 12,3%, and the last result is that there is a positive effect between learning motivation and students' perceptions about cisco it essential virtual desktop learning media together to achievement learn lesson assemble computers with a contribution of 47%. Variable motivation to learn is the dominant variable affecting learning achievement.
