IMPROVING THE GRADE X/IIK STUDENTS’ ACTIVENESS AND LEARNING OUTCOMES THROUGH COOPERATIVE LEARNING STRATEGY TYPE STAD IN THE CRAFT AND ENGINEERING ENTREPRENEURSHIP AT MAN TEMANGGUNG IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2017/2018

Abstract
This research aims to improve the grade X/IIK students’ activeness and learning outcomes in the Craft and Engineering Entrepreneurship lesson using Cooperative Learning strategy type STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) at MAN Temanggung in the academic year of 2017/2018. This type of research is classroom action research accordingly Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The data were collected by classroom observation, tests, and work method assessment. Data analysis using descriptive-qualitative and quantitative. The finding indicates that the use of Cooperative Learning Strategy type STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) in Craft and Engineering Entrepreneurship lesson improves the activeness and learning outcomes of students grade X/IIK of MAN Temanggung. The result shows that the average scores of students’ activeness in pre-cycle is 38.64%, in first cycle is 56.5%, and increased to 62,64% in the second cycle. The average cognitive score of students in pre-cycle is 66.83, in first cycle is 69.46, and in second cycle is 81.24. The average psychometrical score of students in pre-cycle is 70.23, in cycle I is 89.02, and in cycle II is 93.4
