PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF MINISTRY’S WEBSITE IN INDONESIA USING ENTROPY WEIGHTAGE METHOD AND ELECTRE RANKING METHOD

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) know performance of Ministry’s website in Indonesia; (2) know rank of ministry’s website in indonesia based on website performance. The result of this research will be presented in the form of ranking using Electre Method. Objects of this research are 34 Ministry’s website in Indonesia. Data collected 15 times during 3 months using website tools. Data from research are calculated to get rating result. Rating result are processed using Entropy Method to get weightage value. The weightage value are used for Electre Method to find out the rank of Ministry’s website in Indonesia. The results of this research are: (1) In terms of load time and markup validation, website performance of belongs to Ministry in Indonesia is bad, while in terms of response time and broken link are good; (2) The ranked result showed that website of Kementerian BUMN (Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises) has higest rank with score 28,02 whereas website of Kementerian Pariwisata (Ministry of Tourism) has lowest rank with score -22,78.
