ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI NILAI PRODUKSI INDUSTRI KECIL TENUN IKAT DI KABUPATEN JEPARA (Studi Kasus di Desa Troso, Kecamatan Pecangaan, Kabupaten Jepara)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tenaga kerja dan bahan baku terhadap nilai produksi tenun ikat troso. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto bersifat asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pemilik usaha industri tenun ikat di Desa Troso sebanyak 287 orang. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 74 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Model penelitian mengadopsi fungsi Cobb-Douglas dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tenaga kerja terhadap nilai produksi tenun ikat troso; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikansi bahan baku terhadap nilai produksi tenun ikat troso; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan tenaga kerja dan bahan baku secara bersama-sama terhadap nilai produksi tenun ikat troso. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan return to scale pada industri tenun ikat troso bersifat decreasing return to scale karena penambahan 1 persen tenaga kerja dan bahan baku akan menambah nilai produksi kurang dari 1 persen. Nilai R² sebesar 0,466 menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 46,6% variasi nilai produksi tenun ikat troso dipengaruhi oleh variasi tenaga kerja dan bahan baku, sedangkan yang sebesar 53,4%  dipengaruhi oleh variasi variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effects of labor and raw materials on the production values of tenun ikat troso. The study was a causal associative ex post facto study using the quantitative approach. The research population comprised owners of industrial businesses of tenun ikat in Troso Village with a total of 287 people. The sample consisted of 74 people. The data were collected through a questionnaire and documentation. The research model adopted the Cobb-Douglas function and the analysis was multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant positive effect of labor on the the production values of tenun ikat troso; (2) there is a significant positive effect of raw materials on the production values of tenun ikat troso; (3) there is a significant positive effect of labor and raw materials as an aggregate on the production values of tenun ikat troso. The study finds out that the return to scale in the industries of tenun ikat troso is the decreasing return to scale because the addition of 1 percent of labor and raw materials will add production values by less than 1 percent. The R² value of 0.466 shows that 46.6% of the variance of the production values of tenun ikat troso is affected by the variance of the labor and raw materials while the remaining 53.4% is affected by the variance of other variables not under study.
