EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PELATIHAN MENJAHIT DI LEMBAGA KURSUS DAN PELATIHAN ADANA YOGYAKARTA

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan menjahit di LKP
Adana Yogyakarta ditinjau dari 1) context kesesuaian materi program pelatihan, 2) input
meliputi kesiapan instruktur, peserta pelatihan serta sarana dan prasarana, 3) process meliputi
pelaksanaan pelatihan, 4) product meliputi pencapaian hasil pelatihan. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP. Subjek penelitian ini adalah instruktur
dan peserta pelatihan menjahit di LKP Adana Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data melalui angket,
observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) ditinjau dari
context materi pelatihan, tujuan dan kurikulum telah sesuai termasuk dalam katagori tinggi, 2)
ditinjau dari input kesiapan instruktur sudah sangat baik dan sarana prasarana sudah sangat
memadai dan termasuk dalam katagori sangat tinggi 3) ditinjau dari process pelaksanaan
pelatihan menjahit sudah terlaksana dengan baik termasuk dalam katagori tinggi, 4) ditinjau
dari proses pencapaian hasil pelatihan sudah baik termasuk dalam katagori tinggi.

AN EVALUATION OF THE SEWING TRAINING IMPLEMENTATON
AT ADANA COURSE AND TRAINING INSTITUTION OF YOGYAKARTA
ABSTRACT
This study aims to evaluate the sewing training implementation at Adana Course and Training
Institution of Yogyakarta in terms of: 1) context including the suitability of the training program
materials, 2) input including the readiness of instructors, trainees as well as facilities and
infrastructure in sewing training, 3) process including the implementation of sewing training 4)
product including the attainment of training outcomes. The research subjek comprised sewing
training instructors and participants. The evaluation used the CIPP model using the qualitative
evaluation method. The data were collected through questionnaires, observations, documentation, and
interviews. The results of the study show that: 1) context of the delivered materials with the training
curriculum, the purpose and planning of the sewing training is appropriate in the high category; 2)
input the readiness of instructors and participants is very adequate in the very high category; 3)
process the sewing training has been well implemented is in the very good category 4) product the
attainment of training outcomes has been good is in the high category.
