PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION (STAD) TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI SISWA KELAS XI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BUSANA INDUSTRI DI SMK N 1 SEWON

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) mengetahui pencapaian kompetensi pembuatan pola blus tanpa
penggunaan metode STAD, 2) mengetahui pencapaian kompetensi pembuatan pola blus dengan menggunakan
metode STAD, 3) membuktikan adanya pengaruh penggunaan metode STAD terhadap pencapaian kompetensi
pembuatan pola blus. Metode penelitian ini adalah Pre-Eksperimental dengan desain post test only with
nonequivalent groups. Populasi pada penelitian ini siswa kelas XI tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Sewon. Teknik
pengambilan sampel probability sampling berupa simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data
menggunakan tes untuk mengukur kognitif dan psikomotor, observasi untuk mengukur afektif. Pembuktian
validitas instrumen menggunakan validitas isi. Pembuktian reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan prosentage of
agreement. Uji normalitas menggunakan rumus One Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov dengan nilai 0,662 pada kelas
kontrol dan 0,329 pada kelas eksperimen. Uji homogenitas menggunakan uji-F dengan nilai = 0,093. Uji
hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian: 1) pencapaian kompetensi pembuatan pola blus tanpa menggunakan
metode STAD SMK Negeri 1 Sewon 10 siswa (31,3%) belum mencapai KKM dan 22 (68,8%) siswa telah
mencapai KKM, 2) pencapaian kompetensi pembuatan pola blus menggunakan metode STAD SMK Negeri 1
Sewon yaitu 32 siswa (100%) telah mencapai KKM, 3) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan metode STAD terhadap
pencapaian kompetensi pembuatan pola blus SMK Negeri 1 Sewon, dilihat dari hasil perhitungan uji-t diperoleh -
kurang dari - (- 16,526 < - 1,69 ) dan taraf signifikansi lebih kecil (0,00 < 0,005).

The purpose of this research is to: 1 ) knowing the attainment of competence pattern without making blouse
usage method of STAD , 2 ) knowing the attainment of competence of the blouse by using the method STAD , 3 )
prove the influence usage method of STAD towards achieving competence of the blouse. Research methodology
this is Pre-Eksperimental with the design post test only with nonequivalent groups. Population to research this is a
student of class XI of fashion SMK Negeri 1 Sewon. Technique the sample collection with probability of sampling
of simple random sampling. Data collection method use test for measuring cognitive and psychomotor and
observation for measuring affective. Of the validity of an instrument use the validity of the contents of. Reliability
of an instrument use prosentage of agreement. Test normality using formulas One Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov
with the 0,662 on class control and 0,329 on class experiment. Test of homogeneity use uji-F with the F count =
0,093. The hypothesis use uji-t. The research results show that: 1) the achievement of competence making pattern
blouse without uses STAD SMK Negeri 1 Sewon 10 students (31,3 %) have not reached KKM and 22 (68.8 %)
students have reached KKM, 2) the achievement of competence making pattern blouse uses STAD SMK Negeri 1
sewon namely 32 students (100 %) have reached KKM, 3) is the team the use of a method of STAD on the
competence of making pattern blouse SMK Negeri 1 sewon, seen from the calculation on uji-t obtained –t count
less than –t table (-16,526 < 1,69) and the economic situation of significance smaller (0.00 < 0,005).
