PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN VIDEO TABLE SET UP UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI MATA PELAJARAN TATA HIDANG

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat pencapaian kompetensi pengetahuan siswa sebelum menggunakan video table set up, (2) tingkat pencapaian kompetensi pengetahuan siswa sesudah menggunakan video table set up, (3) pengaruh penggunaan video table set up terhadap pencapaian kompetensi mata pelajaran Tata Hidang siswa kelas X di SMK N 3 Sukoharjo. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMK N 3 Sukoharjo sebanyak 33 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tingkat pencapaian kompetensi pengetahuan siswa sebelum menggunakan video table set up berada dalam kategori sedang (60,61%); (2) tingkat pencapaian kompetensi pengetahuan siswa sesudah menggunakan video table set up berada dalam kategori sedang (57,58%); (3) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan video table set up terhadap pencapaian kompetensi pada mata pelajaran Tata Hidang siswa kelas X di SMK N 3 Sukoharjo. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel (16,220>2,042), dan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05.

Abstract
The study aims to determine: (1) the level of achievement of the competence of the student's knowledge before using video table set up, (2) the level of attainment of knowledge of students after using video table set up, (3) the effect of the use of video table set up towards the attainment of subjects Tata Hidang class X in SMK N 3 Sukoharjo. The research method using quasi-experimental methods. The subjects were students of class X SMK N 3 Sukoharjo as many as 33 students. The research instrument is a test. Analysis using Paired T Test. The results showed that (1) the level of achievement of the competence of the student's knowledge before using video table set up in a category is (60.61%); (2) the level of attainment of knowledge of students after using video table set up in a category is (57.58%); (3) there are significant use of video table set up on the achievement of competence in the subjects Tata Hidang tenth grade students in SMK N 3 Sukoharjo. It is shown from tcount greater than t table (16.220> 2.042), and the significance value 0.000 <0.05.
