STRATEGI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS NILAI RELIGIUS DI SMA NEGERI 5 YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) strategi pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai religius, dan (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam strategi pendidikan berbasis nilai religius di SMAN 5 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) strategi pendidikan karakter berbasis nilai religius pada strategi program pengembangan diri dilakukan melalui kegiatan rutin, pengkondisian, keteladanan, dan kegiatan spontan. Pada strategi pengintregasian mata pelajaran dilakukan melalui mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam dan mata pelajaran Kristen/Katolik yang didasarkan RPP dan Silabus. Pada strategi budaya sekolah dilakukan dengan cara menerapkan program-program sekolah; dan (2) faktor pendukung strategi pendidikan berbasis nilai religius di SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta ada dua yakni aspek sarana dan prasarana melalui fasilitas dari sekolah dan aspek personalia mulai dari tenaga kependidikan hingga partisipasi warga dalam mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan. Faktor penghambat strategi pendidikan berbasis nilai religius di SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta yakni kurangnya pengawasan dari pihak sekolah ketika siswa berada di rumah karena pihak sekolah belum bekerja sama dengan orangtua untuk melakukan penilaian terkait kekonsistenan keberhasilan program ketika dirumah.

Abstract
This study aims to describe: (1) character education strategy based on religious values, and (2) supporting and inhibiting factors in religious values-based education strategy at SMAN 5 Yogyakarta. This research is a qualitative research using case study method. Subjects were principals, teachers and students. Methods of data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The technique of data validity using source triangulation techniques and methods. The results showed that: (1) religious values-based education strategy on self-development program strategy is done through routine activities, conditioning, exemplary, and spontaneous activities. In the strategy of integrating subjects done through subjects of Islamic education and Christian / Catholic subjects based on the RPP and Syllabus. In school culture strategy is done by applying school programs reflected through the morning sympathy, tadarus Al-Quran, praying in congregation, Catholic / Christian and Buddhist coaching in their respective places of worship, the installation of banners on honest culture, applying 5s, conditioning the vast and magnificent place of worship with many ablutions; and (2) factors supporting religious values-based education strategies in SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta are two aspects of facilities and infrastructure through facilities from schools and personnel aspects ranging from educational personnel to citizen participation in supporting the implementation of education. Factors inhibiting religious values-based education strategy in SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta namely the lack of supervision from the school when students are at home because the school has not worked with parents to do the assessment related to the success of the program when at home.
