PENGARUH LATIHAN PLIOMETRIK FRONT JUMP DAN SIDE JUMP TERHADAP PENINGKATAN POWER OTOT TUNGKAI ATLET BOLA VOLI PUTRI JUNIOR YUSO YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan pliometrik front jump dan side jump terhadap peningkatan power tungkai atlet bola voli putri junior Yuso Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two groups pretest-posttest design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet bola voli putri junior Yuso Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 35 atlet. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria yaitu : (1) atlet sudah berlatih lebih dari tiga tahun. (2) Bersedia mengikuti pretest, treatment dan posstest. (3) atlet berusia 14-18 tahun Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 18 atlet. Instrumen power otot tungkai menggunakan vertical jump dengan bantuan alat jump df dan menggunakan rumus Harman. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan pliometrik front jump terhadap power otot tungkai atlet bola voli putri junior Yuso Yogyakarta, dengan t hitung 3.357 > t tabel 2.306, dan nilai signifikansi 0.010 < 0.05, dengan peningkatan persentase sebesar 8.586%. (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan pliometrik side jump terhadap power otot tungkai atlet bola voli putri junior Yuso Yogyakarta, dengan t hitung 3.577 > t tabel 2.306, dan nilai signifikansi 0.007 < 0.05. dengan peningkatan persentase sebesar 3.976%. (3) Latihan pliometrik front jump lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan power otot tungkai dengan perbedaan persentase 4.610%.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of front jump and side jump plyometric training to the leg muscle power increasement of women volleyball athletes junior at the Yuso Yogyakarta. This research was using exsperiment methods with the design of “two groups pretest-posttest design”. The population in this research were women volleyball athletes junior at the Yuso Yogyakarta which consist 35 athlete. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling, with criterias: (1) the athlete has been training more than 3 years. (2) the age were 14-18 years old. Based. (3) be able to participating of pretest, treatment, and posttest. Based on these criteria which competent were 18 athlete. The muscle leg power was using vertical jump with aid jump df and was using Harman Formulation. The analysis data was using T test. The result of analysis was showing that: (1) There was a significance effect of the front jump plyometric training to the leg muscle power women volleyball athletes junior at Yuso Yogyakarta, t count 3.357 > t tabel 2.306, and significance value 0.010 < 0.05, with percentage increasement was 8.586%. (2) There was a signifince effect of side jump plyometric training to the leg muscle power increasement of women volleyball athletes junior at the Yuso Yogyakarta with t count 3.577 > t table 2.306, with significance value 0.007 < 0.05 with percentage increasement was 3.976%. (3) The front jump plyometric training was more effective to increase leg muscle power with the different percentage 4.610%.
