PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN NILAI MORAL MELALUI METODE DISKUSI DILEMA MORAL PADA SISWA KELAS IV A SD NEGERI SENDANGSARI, PAJANGAN, BANTUL

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan memahami nilai moral siswa kelas IV A SD Negeri Sendangsari, Pajangan, Bantul melalui metode diskusi dilema moral. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas kolaboratif dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV A SD Negeri Sendangsari yang berjumlah 26 siswa, dimana 10 siswa laki-laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah tes dilema moral, observasi, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik persentase untuk hasil tes dilema moral dan teknik deskriptif kualitatif untuk observasi dan catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode diskusi dilema moral mampu meningkatkan pemahaman nilai moral siswa, nilai moral pada kondisi awal sebesar 11,5%. Setelah diberikan tindakan berupa penerapan metode diskusi dilema moral siswa pada siklus I meningkat sebesar 46,2% dan pada siklus II, meningkat sebesar 76,9%.

Abstract
This research has purpose to improve the ability to understand the moral value of grade 4 students of Sendangsari State Elementary School, Pajangan, Bantul through a method of discussing moral dilemmas. This research is a collaborative classroom action research with the subjects of the fourth grade students of Sendangsari State Elementary School totaling 26 students, of which 10 are male students and 16 are female students. The techniques used in data collection are moral dilemma tests, observation, documentation, and field notes. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive with percentage techniques for the results of moral dilemma tests and qualitative descriptive techniques for observation and field notes. The results showed that the application of the method of discussion of moral dilemmas was able to improve the understanding of students' moral values, the moral value in the initial conditions was 11.5%. After being given the action in the form of the application of the method of discussion of moral dilemmas students in the first cycle increased by 46.2% and in the second cycle, increased by 76.9%.
