PENINGKATAN PERILAKU ASERTIF MELALUI TEKNIK PSIKODRAMA PADA SISWA KELAS VII D DI SMP NEGERI 2 MOYUDAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan perilaku asertif melalui teknik psikodrama pada siswa kelas VII D di SMP Negeri 2 Moyudan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII D SMP Negeri 2 Moyudan yang berjumlah 17 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala, observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku asertif, pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kondisi awal perilaku asertif siswa kelas VII D SMP Negeri 2 Moyudan tergolong rendah dan sedang. Kondisi ini dibuktikan dari hasil skala perilaku asertif pra tindakan dengan skor rata-rata 124,1. Batas bawah kategori sedang memiliki skor 100 dan batas atas kategori sedang memiliki skor 149. (2) Perilaku asertif siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui teknik psikodrama. Dalam penelitian ini satu siklus terdapat tiga tindakan yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan pengisian skala. Dilihat dari hasil data kuantitatif rata-rata skor pra tindakan yaitu memiliki skor 124,1 dan meningkat sebanyak 13,4 skor sehingga rata-rata skor pada pasca tindakan I menjadi 137,5. Selanjutnya rata-rata skor siswa meningkat lagi sebanyak 20,8 skor sehingga rata-rata skor pada pasca tindakan II meningkat menjadi 158,3. (3) Observasi dan wawancara pada saat pemberian tindakan maupun setelah pemberian tindakan untuk peningkatan perilaku asertif pada siswa menunjukkan antusias yang tinggi dalam teknik psikodrama dari siklus I dan siklus II.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the enhancement of assertive behavior through psychodrama techniques of the students in class VII D in Junior High School State 2 Moyudan. This research is a classroom’s action research and as the research subjects is the 17 students of class VII D in Junior High School State 2 Moyudan. The method of the data collection uses scale, observation, and interviews. The instrument used is the scale of assertive behavior, observation and interview guidances. The results show that: (1) the initial conditions of assertive behavior of the students in class VII D in Junior High School State 2 Moyudan belongs to low and medium. This condition is revealed from the results of the pre-action of assertive behavior scale with average score 124.1. The lower limit of the medium category is 100 and the upper limit of medium category is 149. (2) The student’s assertive behavior can be enhanced through psychodrama technique. In this research, in a cycle, there are three actions that include the preparation, execution, and filling in the scale. Based on the results, the average of the quantitative data of pre-action which is 124.1 increases by 13.4 . Therefore, the average of the post-action 1 becomes 137.5. Furthermore, the students’ average increase again and reach the average 20.8. Consequently,  the average of the post-action II also increases and becomes 158.3. (3) The observations and interviews while giving the action and giving the action to enhance assertive behavior to the students shows high enthusiasm of psychodrama techniques in cycle 1 and cycle 2.
