PERBEDAAN PROFESIONALITAS GURU TEKNIK ELEKTRONIKA YANG LULUS PORTOFOLIO DAN PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN PROFESI GURU (PLPG) BERDASARKAN PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DI SMK SE-KABUPATEN SLEMAN DAN KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) tingkat profesionalitas guru teknik elektronika SMK lulus portofolio berdasarkan penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik di Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta; (2) tingkat profesionalitas guru teknik elektronika SMK lulus PLPG berdasarkan penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik di Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta; (3) apakah ada perbedaan profesionalitas guru teknik elektronika SMK lulus portofolio dengan lulus PLPG berdasarkan penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik di Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis komparasi. Penelitian sampel total dengan subjek penelitian guru teknik elektronika se-Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta bersertifikasi portofolio dan PLPG tahun 2007-2012. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji mann whitney u. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) profesionalitas guru teknik elektronika lulus portofolio sebesar 100% dalam kategori profesional; (2) profesionalitas guru teknik elektronika lulus PLPG sebesar 60% dalam kategori profesional; (3) tidak ada perbedaan profesionalitas guru teknik elektronika yang lulus portofolio dan yang lulus PLPG berdasarkan penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik di SMK se-Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research was intended to find out : (1) the grade of the profesional of Electronic teachers in vacational school who had passed portofolio based on the pedagogy skill mastery in Sleman and Yogyakarta Region; (2) the grade of the profesional of Electronic teachers in vacational school who had passed PLPG based on the pedagogy skill mastery in Sleman and Yogyakarta Region; (3) is there any difference in the profesional of Electronic teachers in vacational school who had passed portofolio and PLPG based on the pedagogy skill mastery in Sleman and Yogyakarta Region. This research used comparative study which is belonged to quantitative research. The research which has total sample with subject of the research was the electronic teachers in Sleman and Yogyakarta Region who has got portofolio certificate and PLPG in the year of 2007 – 2012. The technique of analyzing data was describtive and quantitative analysis. The hypothesis testing used mann whitney u analysis. The result of the research was showed that : (1) the PROFESIONAL of electronic teachers who had passed portofolio 100% in a profesional category; (2) ) the PROFESIONAL of electronic teachers who had passed PLPG 60% in a profesional category; (3) there is no difference in the profesional of electronic teachers who had passed portofolio and PLPG based on the pedagogy skill mastery in vacational school in Sleman and Yogyakarta Region.
