PENGARUH SUPERVISI PENGAWAS DAN HUBUNGAN KERJA GURU TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA GURU SD DI KECAMATAN TEPUS KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL

Abstrak

        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi pengawas dan hubungan kerja guru secara sendiri-diri dan bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD di Kecamatan Tepus Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan jenis studi korelasional. Populasi penelitian 167 guru dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 117 guru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah proportional random sampling berdasarkan jumlah guru di setiap sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup model rating scale dengan uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dan uji reliabilitas dengan Alpha Cronbach.  Teknik analisis untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda dengan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, linearitas, dan multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara supervisi pengawas terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD dengan sumbangan efektif 14,1%; terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara hubungan kerja guru terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SD dengan sumbangan efektif 14,3%; serta supervisi pengawas dan  hubungan kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan sumbangan efektif 28,4%.

Abstract

The objective of the research are to find out the impact supervision of supervisor and teacher working relationship for independent and all together towards working satisfaction of elementary teachers in Tepus Subdistrict Gunungkidul Regency. This research used quantitative approach with correlation study. The population is 167 teachers with 117 teachers as the sample. Proportional random sampling is used as sampling technique based on the amount of the teacher in each school. The data are collected by rating scale model closed questionaire with correlation product moment for validity test and Alpha Croncbach for reliability test. The analysis technique to test the hypothesis are simple and double regression with prerequisite test by normality, linearity, and multcolinearity. The result of the research shows: there is significant effect of supervision of supervisor to working satisfaction of elementary teachers with effective contribution 14,1%;  there is significant effect of teacher working relationship to working satisfaction of elementary teachers with effective contribution 14,3%; and supervision of supervisor and teacher working relationship give significance effect on working satisfaction of elementary teachers with effective contribution 28,4%.
